Report detected issues during operations, customer needs, etc., to the respective departments. Maintain clients' single file organized and up to date. Consult and record customer information related to anti-money laundering activities. Evaluate and propose any additional pricing, conditions, etc., as well as request preferential rates when granting loans. Verify operational and administrative controls regarding Guarantees, Surety Letters, and Promissory Notes held in custody by the Office. Support the management of regulatory processes related to AML/CFT established by the securities market superintendency (SMV) so that companies under its supervision comply accordingly. Manage insurance sales. Verify customer data before delivering requested products.
