Position Summary: We are seeking a retail commercial leader to elevate standards and develop teams across our store chain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead ILLARI's retail channel with a results-oriented approach. 2. Develop store leaders and high-performing teams. 3. Implement customer service standards and customer experience practices. We seek a commercial leader with retail experience, team management expertise, and proven ability to develop store leaders—capable of elevating the commercial, operational, and customer experience standards across the entire chain. This position will be responsible for: * Leading ILLARI's retail channel. * Ensuring achievement of commercial targets. * Developing store leaders and high-performing teams. * Monitoring commercial KPIs and productivity. * Implementing customer service standards, visual merchandising standards, and customer experience practices. * Coordinating commercial strategies with Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. * Strengthening commercial culture and in-store leadership.
