Responsibilities: * Supervise and monitor the commercial performance of stores nationwide. * Ensure achievement of established sales targets. * Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team. * Implement commercial strategies and improvement initiatives. * Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commercial Supervisor or in similar positions. * Experience leading multi-location sales teams. * Willingness to travel nationwide. * Proficiency in commercial metrics and office software tools.
