Human Resources Analyst \- Cusco We are seeking an HR professional with solid experience in recruitment for the retail sector, with a focus on climate, culture, and organizational well-being. The role will manage national and international selection processes, as well as provide comprehensive support to the Talent Management area for Peru and Mexico. Requirements \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology. \- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, especially in the retail sector. \- Experience in mass hiring processes, administrative and operational profiles. \- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. \- Knowledge of organizational climate and culture. \- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and psychological assessments. \- Experience developing metrics, reports, and organizational climate surveys. \- Knowledge of conflict management and support for behavioral incidents. \- Experience supporting labor inspections. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools. Responsibilities \- Execute national and international (Peru and Mexico) recruitment and selection processes. \- Post job vacancies, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. \- Administer psychological and competency-based assessments. \- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes. \- Monitor inductions and staff adaptation. \- Coordinate uniform and work equipment distribution. \- Support organizational climate and culture initiatives. \- Conduct climate surveys and analyze results. \- Develop human resource management indicators, metrics, and reports. \- Support internal investigations and conflict resolution. \- Provide support for incidents related to workplace behavior. \- Coordinate integration and well-being events. \- Identify and manage corporate agreements for employee benefits. \- Address inquiries and provide staff guidance and support. \- Collaborate closely with the Talent Management Assistant and Talent Management Head. Retail Sales Manager \- Cusco We are seeking a commercial leader with retail experience, team management expertise, and proven ability to develop store leaders—capable of elevating the commercial, operational, and customer experience standards across the entire chain. This position’s mission includes: * Leading ILLARI’s retail channel. * Ensuring achievement of commercial targets. * Developing store leaders and high-performing teams. * Monitoring commercial KPIs and productivity. * Implementing service standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience protocols. * Coordinating commercial strategies with Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. * Strengthening retail culture and in-store leadership. Required Profile: * Experience in retail, fashion retail, or commercial chains. * Experience managing multiple stores. * Experience in commercial supervision and sales management. * Proficiency in retail KPIs and commercial analysis. * Leadership, organization, and results orientation. * Willingness to travel and supervise multi-location operations. * Must reside in Cusco. * Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory requirement) Benefits Formal employment registration from the first working day.
