Job Description LIVE IN CUZCO The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers within the traditional channel in the Cusco region, aiming to achieve the company's sales, profitability, and product visibility objectives in the mass consumption segment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of key customers within the traditional channel. * Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and market share objectives. * Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and marketing plans with key customers. * Conduct periodic visits to points of sale to ensure proper execution of commercial strategies and inventory management. * Identify new business opportunities and growth potential within the traditional channel. * Analyze sales, market, and competitive data to make strategic decisions and propose corrective actions. * Maintain smooth and consistent communication with internal company departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure proper customer support. * Prepare regular management reports, KPI tracking, and sales forecasts. **Essential Requirements** * Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, with specific focus on the traditional channel (distributors, wholesalers, grocery stores, markets). * Industry: Prior experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies is mandatory. * Location: Current and verifiable residence in Cusco, Peru. * Education: Completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Technical Skills: + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). + Intermediate-level English (reading comprehension and written expression).
