Job Description: We are seeking a highly qualified Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and Valuation Specialist with proven expertise in economic management and cost control across all phases of construction projects. The professional will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, budgets, monthly valuations, unit cost analyses, and physical and financial progress monitoring. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or licensed professional in Civil Engineering or another engineering discipline. Five years of verified experience in various mining and/or construction projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 software. Knowledge of unit price analysis (UPA), valuations, and cost control. Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs and project budgets. Prepare monthly valuations and monitor physical and financial progress. Analyze unit prices and conduct cost comparisons.
