Proactivity and focus on achieving objectives. **An Agro-Industrial Company requires a Sales Assistant** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile**: **PROFILE** Graduate technician from a university or institute with knowledge in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Two years of experience in the same position. * Orderliness and honesty in account management. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office software). * Ability to interact and coordinate with people from different departments. * Leadership * Aptitude and willingness to work in teams. * Good time management * Strong interpersonal skills * Proactive attitude * Focus on achieving objectives and ability to perform effectively under pressure. * Ability to lead and manage workgroups. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and dispatch transportation assignments, supervising and verifying compliance with established routes to ensure efficient service delivery. * Verify proper use of transport vehicles and ensure their good condition, maintenance, and operational functionality. * Comply with the company’s comprehensive safety norms and procedures. * Maintain control over the transportation unit’s routes. * Ensure proper fuel supply for the fleet. * Coordinate periodic maintenance of fleet units. * Attend workshops to supervise repair work on units when necessary. * Handle and process insurance-related matters for fleet units, including policy renewals. * Monitor and verify that drivers maintain assigned units in good working condition. * Perform other tasks inherent to the Logistics Department related to transportation as required. * Organize driver training when necessary. * Receive customer purchase orders. * Responsible for issuing sales invoices. * Coordinate dates and times for customer shipment deliveries. * Generate departmental performance indicators as part of periodic control and analysis activities. * Generate sales compliance reports. * Prepare customer complaint reports.
