As a **Plant Assistant**, you will play a key role in controlling raw materials, ensuring compliance with packing processes, and properly documenting each shipment. **Your challenge** * Guarantee accurate recording and validation of raw material weight. * Ensure traceability and inventory management in the ERP system. * Support and supervise selection, packing, and palletizing processes. * Assist in sample reception and follow-up on quality test results. * Support issuance of raw material delivery guides. * Prepare the dispatch checklist and issue export delivery guides. * Enter packaging materials into the ERP system. * Enter raw materials into the ERP system by batch. * Monitor received weight, weight loss, and discards, and issue alerts accordingly. * Coordinate with departments involved in packing processes. * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. **Profile** * Graduate or undergraduate student in Agronomy, Food Science, Environmental Science, or related fields. * One year of experience in an agro-industrial plant or packing facility. * Knowledge of quality parameters (avocado, grape, pomegranate). * Intermediate Excel skills; ERP experience preferred. **What we offer** * Competitive compensation. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. **Location:** Arequipa – Majes / Pedregal / La Joya Job type: Full-time Application question(s): * This position requires residing in La Joya (Majes – AQP) or nearby areas.
