Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervision Manager to lead the technical, economic, and administrative supervision of construction projects, ensuring quality standards and deadlines. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper project development We are looking for a highly qualified professional to assume the role of Supervision Manager, who will be responsible for leading the technical, economic, and administrative supervision of construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, deadlines, and applicable regulations. **Requirements:** * Degree holder in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising similar construction projects. * Proven experience in roles such as: * Site Supervisor and/or Inspector * Supervision Manager * Supervising Engineer * Resident Supervisor * Knowledge of project management, construction control, valuation, and contractor management. * Experience implementing and monitoring SSOMA systems is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for comprehensive supervision of construction execution, including technical, economic, and administrative control. * Plan, organize, and direct on-site supervision activities, ensuring adherence to the project schedule. * Identify risks, deviations, additional works, and potential deadline extensions, promptly reporting them to the client and proposing corrective actions. * Lead implementation and monitoring of the project's Environmental Management Plan. * Verify compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) guidelines. * Coordinate with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper project development. * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and construction control documentation. **Competencies:** * Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams * Strong analytical skills and decision-making capability * Effective communication at all levels * Proactivity and results orientation * Ability to resolve field problems Salary: S/.6,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Are you available to work in Quillabamba, Cusco? * What is your professional registration number (CIP or CAP)? * What is your registration date?
