Professional development within a specialized technical environment We are currently seeking an **Urban Planner 2** for an **urban planning, urban cadastral, and territorial governance** project in **Lamay, Cusco**. **Requirements:** * Professional in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, and/or Urban Planning**. * Minimum **3 years** of experience as: * Cadastral Specialist. * Cadastral Project Manager. * Head of Cadastral Department. * Participation in the development of at least **2 urban planning instruments**, such as: * Metropolitan plans. * Urban development plans. **Required or Preferred Training:** * Urban cadastral management. * Urban planning and/or territorial governance. * Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). **Competencies:** * Technical knowledge of cadastral systems. * Ability to conduct urban-territorial analysis. * Document organization. * Teamwork. * Delivery of deliverables. **Mandatory:** Provide documentation to substantiate experience and training.Urban Planner 2 Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
