




Job Summary: Plan and coordinate operational activities, ensure customer service excellence, and manage logistics for tourism operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integrated coordination of tourism operations 2. Customer experience and logistics management 3. Implementation of contingency plans Plan and coordinate all operational activities during the field shift. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the tourism experience. Coordinate operational logistics, including tour scheduling, passenger transportation, itinerary management, and resource allocation. Review information recorded by the sales executive to modify and/or report any inconsistencies identified. Review documentation files (itineraries, tickets, signage, etc.) to ensure they are delivered to passengers by field staff. Service verification and reconfirmation. Coordinate with representatives, hotels, and restaurants on specifications, requirements, and/or operational details to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate the purchase of gifts, amenities, cooler snacks, bottled water, etc. Activate the contingency plan in crisis situations (strikes, natural disasters, accidents, theft).
