Coordinate operational logistics and itinerary management EXPERTIA, a tourism holding company comprising Cóndor Travel, Nuevo Mundo Viajes, and Destinos Mundiales, is seeking an OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE for its Programming Department who meets the following criteria: Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate all operational activities during the advance shift. Ensure excellent customer service throughout the tourism experience. Coordinate operational logistics, including tour scheduling, passenger transportation, itinerary management, and resource allocation. Review information entered by the sales executive to modify and/or report any inconsistencies identified. Review documentation in files (itineraries, tickets, signage, etc.) to ensure they are delivered to passengers by field staff. Verify and reconfirm services. Coordinate with representatives, hotels, and restaurants regarding specifications, requirements, and/or operational details to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate the purchase of gifts, amenities, cooler snacks, bottled water, etc. Implement the contingency plan in crisis situations (strikes, natural disasters, accidents, thefts). Requirements Technical or university degree in Tourism and Hospitality, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions within tour operating companies. Advanced Excel; Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI (desirable); Data analytics (desirable); Intermediate-to-advanced English. Benefits Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
