As an Operations Executive at Journeys In Peru (Cusco Office), your primary responsibility will be programming and coordinating the tourism services required by the sales team, ensuring service order compliance and the quality of each experience. Your role is critical to ensuring that passenger-requested services are managed efficiently, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you seek to develop your skills and be part of the future of luxury, this is your moment. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Schedule services according to the service order sent by sales executives. * Review and reconfirm daily services, ensuring their correct execution. * Reconfirm the final itinerary corresponding to each sale. * Prepare service orders and/or vouchers as applicable. * Schedule tours and transfers requested by Belmond hotels, if required. * Open envelopes for operations coordinators. * Assemble Welcome Packs for files beginning in Cusco. * Provide support for sales executives' inquiries. * Participate in the 24/7 emergency phone rotation for passenger and client assistance. **Requirements** **What You Bring:** * Technical degree in Tourism Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in travel agencies, preferably in operations. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Intermediate English level and basic level in another language (desirable). * Knowledge of travel agency software (TOURSYS) (desirable). * Experience in receptive tourism and familiarity with product and market. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Capacity to organize multiple tasks and act proactively. **Benefits** **What We Offer:** At Journeys In Peru, we take pride in fostering a culture rooted in kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
