Excellent working environment PRODUCTION OPERATOR **Location:** Pachacamac – Lima **Compensation:** S/ 1,430 **Employment Regime:** Payroll **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) **Position Type:** Full-time * **Commute assistance** from the Pachacamac intersection to the company. **About the Position** At **HD Headhunters**, we are currently recruiting **Production Operators** for one of our clients — a leading company in the food industry. We seek responsible, committed individuals eager to work in a dynamic production environment, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the entire production process. Main Responsibilities * Support various stages of the production process. * Prepare and organize the workstation prior to production commencement. * Assist in operating and supplying production machinery. * Apply labels and perform product labeling. * Verify product weight using scales. * Assist in packaging, sealing, and boxing finished products. * Transport finished products to the designated warehouse. * Maintain cleanliness of machinery, equipment, and work areas. * Report any issues or malfunctions detected during production. * Comply with the company’s established safety, quality, and hygiene standards. **Requirements Academic Qualification** * Completed secondary education. **Required Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Production Operator or in similar roles. * Experience in food industry, manufacturing, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is desirable. **Knowledge** * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. * Familiarity with production, packaging, labeling, or boxing processes is desirable. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. **Competencies** * Responsibility. * Teamwork. * Organization and cleanliness. * Commitment. * Punctuality. * Dynamism. * Sense of urgency. * Attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions. **What We Offer** * Base salary of **S/ 1,230**. * **Mobility allowance of S/ 100**. * **Food card worth S/ 100**. * **Commute assistance** from the Pachacamac intersection to the company. * **Lunch or dinner provided by the company**, depending on assigned shift. * Formal payroll employment with all statutory benefits. * Working schedule: **Monday to Friday**. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunity for stability and career development within a growing company. **Work Location:** Pachacamac – Lima.
