Job Summary: We are seeking a professional in Administration or related fields, with experience in the hospitality industry, to manage product storage and dispatch, ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory levels. Key Highlights: 1. Ideal experience in hospitality 2. Management of product rotation (FIFO and LIFO) 3. Stock analysis for requirements ***Job Profile:*** * Completed studies in Administration or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in hospitality. * Preferably with studies in warehousing/logistics processes. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Ensure correct product rotation using FIFO and LIFO methods. * Fulfill daily dispatches to various departments. * Dispatch goods according to established procedures. * Analyze minimum and maximum stock levels to generate requisitions. * Support shipment of goods to various hotels. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
