Job profile of Administrative and Sales Assistant: * Experience in in-person sales, call center, and/or customer service * Knowledge in the use of administrative and sales management tools. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team. * Results and goal-oriented. * Proactive with problem-solving ability. * Basic knowledge in research and thesis methodology. (Not mandatory) * Experience in administrative and financial management. (Not mandatory) Main responsibilities: * Administrative management and sales for AMDDI thesis company on social media. * Identify and prospect potential clients. * Perform follow-up and maintenance of the client portfolio. * Develop sales strategies and promotion of thesis services on social media. * Prepare quotations, commercial presentations, and daily activity performance reports. * Conduct negotiations and close sales. * Collaborate with the research team in designing and executing thesis service strategies on social media. * Provide customer service and post-sales follow-up.
