**Company Description** We are ETSA Estudios Técnicos, a company specialized in the Oil \& Gas sector, responsible for the custody, preservation, and maintenance of the GSP project. Currently, we are looking for the best talent to fill the position of **Safety Supervisor Engineer.** **Job Description** * Develop, implement, and monitor safety, health, and environmental plans according to the company's needs. Any deviation and/or non-compliance must be managed through the operational command chain to improve or correct it. * Prepare monthly reports showing safety performance through indicators. * Develop safety programs and monitor their compliance. * Promote a safety culture at all levels of the company, aiming to raise employee awareness through training in hazard identification and risk assessment. * Develop and analyze Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) matrices to determine necessary controls within the company's activities. * Review and develop safety procedures applicable to the company's operational activities. * Actively participate in the preparation of accident and incident investigation reports to identify root causes, immediate causes, and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence of unwanted events. * Develop and keep updated emergency and contingency plans for the execution of company activities, as well as risk maps of service influence areas. * Comply with current Peruvian legislation regarding safety. * Report any field findings (DDV, camps, warehouses, storage sites). * Contractor management: Monitor, coordinate with contractors, and manage preforms. **Requirements** * Degree in Safety Engineering or related fields * Valid professional skills certificate * 5 years of proven experience in construction and/or maintenance of Mechanical Works and/or gas pipelines or oil pipelines, Oil \& Gas * Office software: Proficient user of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) * Knowledge of Peruvian safety legislation * Emergency response * Safety Management Systems, Accident Investigation * ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards\. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from your first day of work (bonuses, CTS, profits, vacations) * Biweekly payments * EPS insurance covered at 80%
