Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support recruitment, selection, personnel administration, and attendance control processes at a mining company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain up-to-date personnel database and reports On behalf of our client, a leading mining company, we are currently looking for: **HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN** **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 6 months of experience in the position * Knowledge of basic Human Resources Management / HR processes, recruitment, personnel selection, onboarding, training, personnel administration and document filing, attendance and timesheet control. * Intermediate Office skills **Responsibilities:** * Support recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, and administrative personnel. * Assist with payroll registration and personnel onboarding, including documentation review and personnel file preparation. * Provide support in attendance control, timesheet management, shift scheduling, and employee leave tracking for plant staff. * Maintain up-to-date personnel database and departmental reports. * Assist in drafting, monitoring, and filing employment contracts, addendums, and labor documentation. * And others **Benefits:** * Compensation: S/ 1,130 * 80% food coverage * Transportation allowance: S/6 per working day * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. * Work location: San Juan de Lurigancho Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,000.00 – S/.1,130.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have at least 6 months of experience in the human resources field?
