Minimum 3 years of experience in electromechanical projects, including fabrication and assembly of metal structures. Experience in complex infrastructure projects (hospitals, industrial plants, multi-level buildings). Proficiency in managing contractors, crane operators, welders, and lifting equipment. Proven experience in industrial quality and safety control. Proficiency in reading structural drawings, workshop drawings, shop drawings, and BIM models. **Competencies** Decision-making under pressure. Focus on continuous improvement. Effective communication with supervision, management, suppliers, and hospital specialists. **Key Responsibilities** ü Develop and update the metal structure assembly plan, considering lifting routes, access points, sequencing, and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, civil works, architecture). Coordinate the arrival, unloading, and storage of metal components. Coordinate with the safety department to ensure safe execution of lifting and assembly operations. Supervise the assembly, alignment, leveling, and installation of beams, columns, trusses, metal decks, platforms, and secondary structures. Verify compliance with dimensional tolerances, alignment, and verticality. Validate welding procedures, high-strength bolts, and bolted connections. Review and approve shop drawings, isometrics, workshop details, and technical RFIs. Ensure implementation of the quality plan: inspections and VT, PT, MT, UT, or RT testing as required. Coordinate welder certifications and WPS/PQR procedures. Validate material certificates, paint specifications, galvanizing reports, and special coatings. Supervise torque testing of bolts and dimensional controls using precision instruments. Issue conformity and non-conformity reports, managing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safe work procedures for working at height, lifting, and welding. Coordinate inspections of lifting equipment, slings, platforms, and lifelines. Identify critical risks inherent to metal assembly and implement preventive controls. Maintain constant communication with supervision, contractors, and project management. Supervise material consumption, waste, cutting, and utilization efficiency. Validate quantity take-offs, assembly valuations, and change orders. Monitor crew, crane, and assembly equipment productivity. Prepare daily and weekly assembly progress reports. Maintain records of inspections, NDT certificates, NCRs, RFIs, minutes, and updated drawings. Coordinate final tests, stability verifications, and structural acceptance.
