We are ALVCOM, a company composed of professionals from the Banking Financial Sector, Commercial Sector, and Services Sector, with extensive experience in outsourced sales management. Currently, we provide enterprise and personal product sales services for BANBIF Bank; therefore, we are searching for top talents like you to join our commercial team in Lima. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Generate agreement-based loan placements: Personal Loans, Debt Purchase, and Loan Restructuring, assigned to agreements (e.g., Essalud, Peruvian Navy, Air Force, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients at various agreement locations and verify their compliance with required eligibility criteria. Conduct sales follow-up, closing, and post-sale activities (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. Personal work tools (photocheck \+ cards \+ flyers). REQUIREMENTS: Experience in placing personal loans (agreement experience preferred). Experience in selling financial products and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Own laptop and home internet access.
