We are looking for an **Operations Assistant on Route** **Main responsibilities:** * Visits to clients and prospects (non-clients) in different regions of the country, for technical execution, follow-up, preventive inspection, or service dissemination purposes. * Execution of field monitoring, including: * Environmental monitoring (water, air, soil, noise, etc.). * Occupational monitoring (occupational noise, lighting, thermal stress, etc.). * Meteorological monitoring (wind, temperature, humidity, etc.). * Conducting in-person training for client company personnel on topics such as: * Occupational Health and Safety. * Environmental management. * Fire extinguisher handling and emergency response. * Other topics according to regulations or client needs. * Collection of technical and operational information for the development of: * Environmental management tools. * Occupational risk prevention plans. * Records required by current legislation. * Verification of regulatory compliance in the field, according to industry standards where the client operates (industry, commerce, transportation, agribusiness, healthcare, among others). * Delivery of printed materials and institutional information, as well as collection of documentary and photographic evidence according to company protocols. * Daily or weekly activity reporting, including incidents, findings, improvement opportunities, and potential new clients. * Other complementary field tasks related to the nature of services provided by the company. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical degree or university graduate in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, Risk Prevention, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in fieldwork, monitoring, technical visits, or inspections (preferably in consulting firms or related sectors). * Desired knowledge: * Environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations. * Use of basic measurement equipment (sound meters, sampling trains, lux meters, thermometers, etc.) * Proficient in Excel and Word for technical reports. * Clear writing of observations and technical findings. * Skills: * High level of responsibility and organization. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to travel frequently within the country. * Adaptability to different work environments (urban, rural, industrial). **Others:** * **Must possess a valid driver's license category A\-I (mandatory).** * Immediate availability.
