Coordinate internal scheduling of interviews for administrative candidates with respective department heads to initiate the personnel selection process. 2. Conduct recruitment and selection processes for candidates to fulfill staffing requirements across operational and administrative departments. 3. Identify non-traditional recruitment sources and establish partnerships with educational institutions. 4. Propose the annual talent development plan, identifying high-potential employees and monitoring their progress. 5. Coordinate performance evaluations, identifying key skills and behaviors relevant to each position. 6. Manage career progression and salary scales, identifying existing job classifications and requirements for advancement from one position to another. 7. Contribute to the development of organizational culture. 8. Provide support to foster and maintain a healthy work environment.
