Coordination and supervision of technical and personnel operations. **We are currently seeking a Night Shift Floor Manager for a casino in Cusco.** RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Implement and enforce company strategies, promotions, customer service standards, rules, and policies among staff. \- Ensure efficient management of all allocated resources, timely execution, and alignment with corporate objectives. \- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor customer service on the floor. \- Propose improvements to processes and procedures related to customer management. \- Conduct ongoing customer follow-up to identify their needs. \- Utilize the video area as support to better fulfill assigned responsibilities. \- Conduct performance evaluations of supervised staff and provide feedback with improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate with HR for hiring new personnel. \- Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding maintenance, repair, and operation of gaming machines to ensure functionality. REQUIREMENTS: \- University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Marketing, or related fields. \- Knowledge of casino machine or slot machine operations. \- Experience in budget preparation and forecasting. \- Familiarity with MINCETUR administrative procedures. \- Availability for night and early-morning shifts. \- Availability to work 12-hour shifts. \- Willingness to travel.
