Manage the onboarding of new employees. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for recruitment, selection, and hiring processes. * Conduct employee onboarding. * Responsible for uniform distribution, proper usage, and return. * Carry out employee wellness activities. * Provide administrative support to the department. **JOB PROFILE:** * Graduate in Psychology or related fields. * 1 year of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to selection processes. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. * Experience managing candidate databases and institutional contacts.
