




Job Summary: This role involves verifying product conditions, inspecting warehouses, tracking customer visits, recording complaints, and developing sanitation plans. Key Highlights: 1. Tracking customer visits and recording complaints. **Responsibilities:** * Perform product condition verification regarding compliance with quality parameters during goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Conduct inspections of warehouses and external areas using established forms, and record the results. * Track customer visits and inspections. * Record customer complaints and grievances. * Develop the annual sanitation plan and supervise sanitation programs for operational areas under responsibility. * Prepare requisitions for disinfection supplies. * Maintain orderly service cards for sanitation services. * Follow up on health certificate processing. * Prepare reports and documents as requested by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Final-year student, graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or technician in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Quality Control and Processes in the Food Industry, or related fields. * Preferred: training or experience in Good Storage Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Hygiene and Sanitation Programs, or HACCP. * Proficiency in Excel \- Word (intermediate level). * Minimum of 3 months' experience in Logistics or Warehouse sectors. * Availability from Monday to Saturday. * Working hours subject to negotiation. **Benefits** * Flexible working hours * Certificate upon completion of internship * Financial stipend * Positive work environment Position Type: Temporary, Internship Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Up to S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
