Job Summary: Schedule and book guides and transfers, coordinate with Operations, and analyze complaints to ensure effective and profitable services. Key Highlights: 1. Growth opportunities Schedule and book (guides and drivers) in accordance with policies while considering the profitability and operational efficiency of Condor Travel units. Coordinate with the Operations department on service details to be scheduled, enabling more effective and efficient scheduling. Analyze and investigate service-related complaints by consulting involved parties, preparing reports, and proposing immediate solutions. In case of rescheduling, coordinate within 24 hours any contingencies that may arise, to timely coordinate appropriate actions and deliver services normally. Monitor services to ensure their effectiveness. Perform other related or complementary functions and tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor. Requirements Technical or university studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions at tour operators. Knowledge of supplier management. Familiarity with tourism products, services, and destinations in Peru. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
