Manages work permits and supervises construction progress. **WORK PERMIT COORDINATOR – CALIDDA PROJECT** ========================================= **Join a major Oil \& Gas sector project!** We are currently seeking a **Work Permit Coordinator** to join the oversight service in the regions, contributing to the proper execution of operational activities and compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Academic Qualifications** * Completed technical degree (any specialization). ### **Experience** Resident in (APURIMAC, AYACUCHO, CUSCO, HUANCAVELICA, JUNIN, PUNO, UCAYALI) * Minimum **4 years of professional experience**. * Minimum **1 year of experience in Facility Management**. * Experience in **Construction, Mining, Oil \& Gas, or Energy** projects is desirable. ### **Knowledge** * Microsoft Office (Word and Excel at intermediate level). * AutoCAD (user level). * Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health is desirable. * Basic English (desirable). * Driving License A\-I (optional). **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Review documentation and procedures for work execution. * Manage the issuance and closure of work permits. * Review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and special permits. * Monitor EHS standard compliance at work sites. * Prepare management reports and progress reports. * Develop progress curves and monitor construction progress. * Track project costs and budgets. * Supervise construction planning and scheduling. **Competencies** ---------------- * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and analytical ability. * Strong commitment to safety. **Engagement Mode:** Specific service (12 months).
