We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: FULL-TIME SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE – COMBAPATA Responsibilities Handle customer transactions and sell services while delivering quality service, transparent information, and strict confidentiality of customer operations and data. Guide customers with transparent information about available products and services, providing solutions to ensure quality service, courtesy to customers, and preservation of the institution’s positive image. Sell services according to assigned targets to achieve agency and company objectives. Perform daily cash reconciliation and promptly report any surpluses or shortages to comply with internal control procedures. Carry out internal control activities to ensure all operations comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, thereby minimizing risks of sanctions. Competencies Customer Experience Collaborative Spirit Innovation Excellence Accountability Continuous Improvement Requirements: Education: Technical professional, graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or incomplete studies in any field from technical institutes or universities. Experience: Experienced Services Representative: Six (6) months in the same role, or one (1) year as a Customer Service and Quality Assistant or equivalent positions in financial system companies.
