Being part of an organization committed to excellence and sustainability At Inkaterra, we are currently looking for a committed, organized, and results-oriented **Purchaser** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, analyze, and fulfill requirements from various operational units. * Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. * Procure construction materials, supplies, and services required by operational units. * Generate purchase orders and service orders. * Maintain updated expense reports and supporting documentation for all purchases made. * Monitor procurements to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and conditions. * Develop and maintain business relationships with strategic suppliers. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or similar positions. * Prior experience in supplier negotiation and procurement management is desirable. * Experience in hospitality and/or restaurant sectors is desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Competencies** * Proactivity. * Negotiation skills. * Organization and planning. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the sustainable hotel and tourism sector. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Excellent working environment.
