Ensure food safety and hygiene during food handling We invite you to join the Pariwana Family! · At Pariwana Hostel Cusco, we are searching for top talent to join our Kitchen Team: · What are the requirements you must meet? -Education: Graduates of Technical or Professional Gastronomy programs, or related fields. -Experience: 6 months in restaurant or hotel kitchen operations. -Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM (6 working days per week with 1 day off). · What do we offer? -Basic salary of S/ 1230 + hotel points. -All statutory benefits from the first day of employment (MYPE regime). -Monthly payment of hotel points starting from the first month of employment. -Included afternoon snack and subsidized lunch. -Corporate benefits and discounts. -The incredible experience of being part of a leading hostel chain in the Peruvian market. · What will be your main responsibilities? -Perform mise en place for preparing menu items, staff meals, and activities involving the kitchen department. -Prepare menu items following standard recipes. -Adhere to preparation and presentation methods for all menu items. -Ensure food safety and hygiene during food preparation, storage, and plating to prevent cross-contamination and guarantee dishes are served according to quality standards. -Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen area: appliances, utensils, furniture, and floors. -Report to and request supplies, raw materials, and utensils needed for kitchen operations from the Kitchen Supervisor. -Carry out other duties assigned by your direct supervisor within your scope of competence.-Requirements- Minimum Education: Technical years of experience Age: between 20 and 30 years Keywords: chef, cook
