We are looking for Kitchen Assistants for our gourmet restaurant located in the center of Cusco: What do you need to become a cook? * Completed studies in Gastronomy * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday with one day off. * Availability to work near Plaza de Armas. What will you do as a cook? \- Prepare dishes requested by the service area following recipes and ensuring appropriate presentation. \- Carry out and verify cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and tools in the area according to sanitation and safety standards. \- Report any incidents in the area to the immediate supervisor.
