Job Summary: Manage inquiries from passengers, clients, and suppliers, providing assistance and follow-up via various channels and executing tourism operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Opportunity for growth and continuous training Manage passenger, client, and supplier inquiries and requests related to passengers at destination. Provide assistance and follow-up through emergency channels: mobile phone, WhatsApp, and email. Send operational documentation (Travel Book) to representatives in Lima and Cusco, if required. Manage sales of optional services, registration in the TP system, submission of PayPal payment requests, and reconciliation of files. Conduct daily monitoring of the transfer map to ensure proper tracking of scheduled services. Execute modifications and updates to files during passenger operations at destination. Register and track operational incidents using the incident platform. Schedule and coordinate last-minute services and unplanned requests during emergency shifts. Requirements Technical or university studies in Commercial Aviation, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, reservations, or similar positions within tour operators, hotels, or airlines. Knowledge of inbound tourism products and services.
