Your role is the fundamental piece that brings commercial proposals to life: your primary responsibility will be the meticulous programming and strategic coordination of the tourism services required by our sales team, faithfully executing every detail outlined in the service orders received. **If you are seeking to develop your skills and become part of the future of luxury, this is your moment.** Key responsibilities include: * Accurately program and coordinate tourism services, transfers, and tours requested via the sales team’s service orders. * Review and reconfirm daily services and the final itinerary for each sale to ensure logistics are perfectly aligned prior to execution. * Prepare and issue service orders, vouchers, and all documentation required for the proper execution of operations. * Prepare and assemble necessary operational materials for service commencement—including opening envelopes for operations coordinators and assembling *Welcome Packs* for clients whose itineraries begin in Cusco. * Provide timely technical support and resolve queries from sales executives, ensuring seamless cross-departmental communication. **Requirements** What You Bring: * Technical degree in Hospitality and Tourism with experience in receptive tourism. * Intermediate English proficiency for fluent communication with guests and clients. * Intermediate Excel skills to facilitate information organization and analysis. * Ability to anticipate needs and ensure every contracted service meets the highest quality standards. * Strong organizational and planning capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple itineraries and documentation flawlessly. * Willingness to independently and efficiently resolve challenges. **Benefits** **What We Offer:** At Journeys In Peru, we take pride in fostering a culture rooted in kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
