Join us as a **Host/Hostess** and become part of the in-store customer service team at **Claro**, located at Real Plaza Cusco. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed secondary education. * At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service. * Availability to work 48 hours per week; rotating weekly day off. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Advise and understand our customers' needs in order to direct them to the appropriate Customer Service Center channels (platform area, dispatch area, cashier area, and corresponding ATMs). * Issuing service tickets. * Supporting product dispatch within the store. **What We Offer You:** * Compensation: S/. 1130 soles \+ transportation allowance: S/. 100 soles.
