Lead operational and commercial management of the branch, boost sales, ensure excellence in student service, and guide the team toward achieving outstanding results. Responsibilities: • Commercial management: lead your team to achieve sales targets by promoting offers, campaigns, and strategic partnerships. • Academic supervision: coordinate and supervise the proper delivery of classes. • Maintain the academy’s image, order, and smooth operation. • Ensure compliance with regulations, protocols, and internal policies. • Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. What do we require from you? • Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience in administration, retail, or customer service. • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and goal-oriented mindset. • Commitment, responsibility, and positive attitude. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). • Availability to work on-site at the Cusco branch.
