What is the challenge? You will be the primary point of contact between the financial institution and SME clients. Additionally, you will acquire new clients to include in your portfolio, ensuring appropriate risk management and guaranteeing an excellent customer experience. How will you make a big impact? Plan commercial and risk management for clients. Execute commercial and risk-related actions while safeguarding customer experience. Develop credit proposals and manage portfolio balances. Implement risk mitigation and collection actions. Administer and monitor your portfolio. What do we need from you? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial sector as an executive or specialized professional conducting fieldwork in intangible sales or managing corporate or business-oriented individual client portfolios. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of financial mathematics and/or logical-numerical analysis.
