Strategic management and development of the client portfolio, focused on building exclusive, long-term relationships. Drive business growth by attracting new opportunities, maximizing value through close monitoring, increasing GPV, reducing churn, and continuously strengthening commercial relationships. How will you make a significant impact? Identify opportunities, acquire new clients, develop the client portfolio, and perform cross-selling of Culqi’s product portfolio. Detect client needs by reporting new requirements or product functionalities that enhance the current value proposition. Provide 360-degree client service: Acquisition, Exploitation, Maintenance, and Retention—from evaluating or analyzing prospective clients and their competitors; resolving and/or channeling incident solutions; offering products and services; and establishing sustainable commercial relationships. Meet KPIs defined for the assigned portfolio, conducting periodic analysis of commercial indicators to manage declines and growth in the assigned portfolio. Provide advisory services and client visits to strengthen digital payment channels and guide clients—through available channels—to solutions addressing their needs. Monitor market trends and competitors to provide feedback to the business. Conduct contacts and visits per defined guidelines: potential clients, stakeholder groups—ensuring 360-degree client coverage. What do we need from you? Commercial and/or Marketing knowledge. Experience in 360° client portfolio management. Conflict resolution and commercial levers management. KPI management. Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Power BI (reading and analysis).
