Focus on general building construction projects We are currently seeking a **Specialist Architect** to participate in a major **building tender project**. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Architecture**. * Registered and licensed. * Minimum **5 years of professional experience**, calculated from the date of registration. **Required Experience:** * Experience in **general building construction projects**. * Prior participation as: * Architecture Specialist, and/or * Construction Execution Architect, and/or * Construction Supervision Architect. * Participation in **at least three (03) general building construction projects**. * At least **36 months of specific experience**, calculated from the date of registration, performing duties such as: * Architecture Specialist. * Project Designer. * Construction Executor. * Inspector. * Supervisor. * Site Resident. **Employment Mode:** * Participation in a tender project. **Application Procedure:** Interested candidates must submit their **documented CV**, attaching: * Professional degree certificate. * Date of registration. * Valid license certificate. * List of completed projects, specifying the position held. **Only professionals who can verify the required experience in general building construction projects and meet all established job requirements will be evaluated.** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
