Ongoing training on products and market **Field Sales Representatives / Mass Consumption / Southern Region** Cusco – Quillabamba \- VRAEM \- Puerto Maldonado \- Ayacucho A leading industrial company in the production and marketing of **balanced feed for farm animals and fish** is seeking **Field Sales Representatives**, results-oriented professionals with strong field presence and market knowledge. **What profile are we looking for?** * 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in aquaculture, agribusiness, or balanced feed sectors. * Technical or university education (in progress or completed) in Fisheries Engineering\-Animal Science\-Biology\-Veterinary Medicine. * Commercial profile, with the ability to generate new business and retain customers. * Willingness to travel frequently within Cusco, Quillabamba, VRAEM, Ayacucho, and Puerto Maldonado. * Valid motorcycle or car driver's license. * Intermediate proficiency in computer tools. **Main Responsibilities** * Advise producers and breeders on nutrition and feeding of Amazonian fish and trout. * Prospect and develop new customers in the assigned area. * Conduct commercial visits to producers, wholesalers, and distributors. * Promote and sell the product portfolio, providing technical and commercial advice. * Plan visit routes and follow up on the customer portfolio. * Manage collections and track orders until delivery. * Address inquiries, complaints, and strengthen commercial relationships with customers. * Prepare visit reports and market brand positioning reports. **What We Offer** * Join a stable and growing company * Full payroll registration from day one (General Regime) * Profit-sharing participation * Attractive commission \+ mobility scheme * Opportunity for professional development * Ongoing training on products and market Position based in Cusco, involving field work and coordination with the central office in Arequipa.
