Job Summary: Responsible for executing and leading preventive, corrective maintenance services and inspections of gastronomic equipment, preparing technical reports, and advising the team. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations **Job Objective** Responsible for executing preventive, corrective, installation, and inspection services for equipment and preparing technical reports for gastronomic equipment, following established procedures, technical standards, Law No. 29783 (Occupational Safety and Health Law), and environmental requirements. **Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for accurately completing Work Orders – Services according to work system requirements and issuing GMANTEQ reports. \- Lead the technical team under their supervision. \- Provide continuous on-site guidance to their team. \- Responsible for performing scheduled weekly preventive, corrective, emergency, and other types of maintenance. \- Responsible for managing their tools required for daily activities. \- Responsible for using the PPE provided by the company and having them available during unannounced inspections. \- Decisions made are based on established procedures and prior experience to ensure successful operational execution. \- Fully comply with all provisions and guidelines set forth by Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment departments regarding legal, regulatory, organizational, and other requirements defined within the IMS, always aiming to protect health and life in every task performed on behalf of the company. **Education:** * Industrial Electrician Technician training (SENATI / TECSUP or equivalent). * Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing field technical service for cafeteria equipment. * Proven experience in diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, commissioning, and customer service. **Benefits:** \- Payments on the 15th and 30th of each month \- Birthday bonus \- Full social benefits \- Career development path \- Positive work environment **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Discretion and responsible handling of confidential information.
