Experience in general building construction projects We are currently seeking an **Electromechanical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer** to serve as a **Mechanical Installations Specialist** for a major building construction tender project. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Electromechanical Engineering** or **Mechanical Engineering**. * Registered and licensed with the professional association. * Minimum **five (5) years of professional experience**, calculated from the date of professional registration. Required experience: * Experience in **general building construction projects**. * Prior participation as: * Mechanical Installations Specialist, and/or * Mechanical Engineer in execution, and/or * Mechanical Engineer in supervision of construction works. * Participation in **at least three (03\) general building construction projects**. * Experience in **projects involving elevator and/or escalator installations** will be considered an advantage. * Minimum **36 months of specific experience**, calculated from the date of professional registration, performing duties such as: * Mechanical Installations Specialist. * Designer. * Executor. * Inspector. * Supervisor. **Work Modality:** * Participation in a tender project. **Application Procedure:** Interested candidates must submit a **documented CV**, including the following attachments: * Professional degree certificate. * Date of professional registration. * Valid professional license certificate. * List of completed construction projects, specifying the position held in each. **Only professionals who can substantiate the required experience in general building construction projects and meet all established job requirements will be evaluated.** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
