Knowledge of production process and occupational health and safety At Enaex Peru, we are looking to hire a Production Operator for our plant in Cachimayo, Cusco. Mission: Carry out the plant's production process activities to ensure operational continuity and quality of finished products. Responsibilities: * Support sampling of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Support the supply of required inputs and raw materials for each equipment component to guarantee operational continuity. * Execute required procedures for each production process to ensure final product quality. * Operate storage of intermediate products in equipment to ensure their proper care, preservation, and organization. * Identify and report the need to replenish input and raw material stock to ensure operational continuity. * Support plant startup and shutdown as directed by the responsible supervisor. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in production plants (preferred). * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of production processes. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. * Experience handling hazardous chemicals (preferred). * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (preferred).
