Job Summary: We are seeking a Surveyor to ensure topographic control of real estate projects during demolition, excavation, structural, and finishing stages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform topographic layout surveys and verify levels, axes, and tolerances. 2. Identify geometric deviations and field incompatibilities. 3. Prepare topographic reports, protocols, and records. We are looking for a: SURVEYOR - CUSCO Ensure proper topographic control of real estate projects during demolition, excavation, structural, and finishing stages, guaranteeing the accuracy of layout surveys, levels, alignments, quantity take-offs, and on-site compatibility in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and construction schedules. Responsibilities: • Perform topographic layout surveys in accordance with the project’s approved drawings. • Verify levels, axes, alignments, and construction tolerances before and during construction execution. • Monitor excavation, foundation, and structural elevations, as well as conduct progress topographic surveys. • Identify and report geometric deviations, incompatibilities, and interferences in the field. • Coordinate continuously with site supervisors, technical office, quality department, and other involved departments. • Prepare topographic reports, protocols, and records, ensuring information traceability. • Maintain surveying equipment operational and calibrated, as well as control benchmarks and leveling points. • Participate in critical work package releases and provide technical support for field observations. • Carry out other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate and multifamily building projects. • Certified or graduated Technician in Surveying. • Additional studies preferred in: Geodesy, Drone-based surveying, BIM / Civil 3D modeling, Geometric control of buildings. • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Civil 3D • Intermediate-level Excel proficiency • Experience preferred in: Excavations, Earthworks, Foundations, Reinforced concrete structures, Urban infrastructure development, and Multifamily buildings . -Requirements- Minimum education: Technician 1 year of experience Skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel
