Position Summary: Corpalen Services is seeking a State Operations Supervisor to ensure quality control, food safety, and operational management in the production of nutritious foods for social programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality and food production supervision for social programs 2. Ensuring compliance with HACCP, BPM, and PHS regulations 3. We are currently seeking a **State Operations Supervisor** for our office in **Pucyura – Anta – Cusco**. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE?** * Supervise quality control of products destined for social programs. * Conduct sampling, verification, and batch release. * Review supporting documentation and batch certificates. * Prepare technical production files. * Monitor and manage quality and production records. * Verify stock levels and storage conditions. * Update quality control manuals. * Supervise and manage operational staff. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, BPM, PHS). * Handle internal and external audits. * Coordinate with regulatory agencies and social programs (Qali Warma, Wasi Mikuna). **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?** * **Graduate** in: Food Industry Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles (quality control / food supervision). * **Mandatory:** Direct experience with **Qali Warma or Wasi Mikuna**, or working with third-party providers for these programs. * Valid **CIP professional registration**. * Knowledge of: Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), HACCP, BPM, PHS **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership * Teamwork * Organization and planning * Cross-departmental coordination **POSITION CONDITIONS** * Work location: **Pucyura – Anta – Cusco (onsite)** * Employment regime: **MYPE payroll (from day one)** **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?** * Payroll enrollment from day one * Job stability * Positive organizational climate * Professional development opportunities Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 \- S/.3,000.00 per month Application questions: * Do you have direct experience with Qali Warma or Wasi Mikuna (or with suppliers serving these programs)? * Do you hold a professional degree and valid professional registration?
