Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant to provide customer service, handle cash operations, and guide customers on financial products within a solid institution. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient customer and user service across various financial transactions. 2. Cash handling, including deposits, disbursements, and cash custody. 3. Guiding customers on the Institution's financial products. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – TEMPORARY COVERAGE at our Calca branch. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Degree holder, Bachelor’s, Graduate, or Technical graduate in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Six (06) months of experience in cash operations and/or customer service. Resident of Calca or nearby areas. Competencies: Excellent communication skills, stress tolerance, courtesy, and friendliness. Maintain a sound credit standing within the financial system. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Provide efficient information and service to customers and users regarding various operations arising from savings deposits, credit disbursements, and services offered by the Caja, complying with current regulations and preserving the institution’s positive image. The Operations Assistant will perform cash-related duties, i.e., handling money, counting and identifying banknotes and coins, receiving deposits, making disbursements, safeguarding cash and negotiable instruments, balancing the cash drawer, and managing banking instruments such as checks, promissory notes, certificates, among others.
