Ongoing coaching and feedback to staff A well-established retail company with over 24 years of experience, market leader in its segment, and operating stores in major shopping malls nationwide, is currently seeking: JUNIOR STORE MANAGER AVAILABLE STORE: CUSCO Requirements: Currently enrolled in, completed, or having discontinued technical or university studies in Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related fields. -Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within stores, retail environments, or related settings. -Rotating schedule (opening/closing). Monday through Sunday (with 1 day off per week), 48 hours per week as stipulated by law. · Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the assigned store to meet and exceed company-set objectives. Perform store opening and closing procedures. Maintain control over inventory, upkeep, and proper functionality of store assets; request repairs in case of malfunctions. Supervise that merchandise reflects updated pricing and safety information. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed in the sales area according to merchandising and visual standards. Lead, schedule, and supervise appropriate store order and cleanliness. Supervise that each salesperson delivers high-quality service and customer attention. Evaluate sales staff performance. Provide guidance and address customer inquiries and requests. Engage with store staff by delivering ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance their job performance.
