We are currently hiring Sales Advisors for our location in: **Cusco** If you enjoy customer interaction, sales, and wish to develop professionally while earning commissions, this opportunity is for you. What will be your mission? Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by advising our customers and contributing to achieving the store’s business goals. What will you do? * Advise customers and provide personalized in-store service. * Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based commissions. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and proper product display. * Support restocking, inventory management, and stock control. * Actively participate in team activities and objectives. * Represent THE BOX’s identity and culture in every shopping experience. What are we looking for? * Individuals with a positive attitude, energy, and customer orientation. * Passion for sales and the retail industry. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. * Experience in sales or retail. (Preferred) * Interest in urban fashion, sneakers, and trends.
