We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our location in: **Cusco** If you are passionate about leading teams, achieving commercial targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, this opportunity is for you. What will be your mission? Lead store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience, achievement of commercial targets, and proper functioning of the team and store visual standards. What will you do? * Lead and supervise the store sales team. * Achieve and ensure achievement of commercial targets. * Provide ongoing support and follow-up to the team. * Ensure store order, cleanliness, and correct product presentation. * Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and manage merchandise replenishment. * Ensure excellent customer service and experience. * Actively participate in commercial strategies and initiatives. * Represent THE BOX’s identity and culture in every customer interaction. What are we looking for? * Individuals with leadership skills, positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Experience leading teams in retail. * Passion for sales and results-driven mindset. * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. * Experience in retail or urban fashion. (Preferred) * Interest in sneakers, streetwear, and trends.
