Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Beauty Consultant for our store, whose mission will be to provide personalized advice to customers, enhancing their natural beauty with exclusive brands. At **CONSORCIO DE BELLEZA**, a leader in professional beauty, we are looking for a Part\-Time Beauty Consultant for our store in the **city center of Cusco**. Your mission will be to provide personalized advice to our customers, helping them enhance their beauty with our exclusive brands. **Your Responsibilities:** * Advise customers on skincare routines and makeup techniques. * Conduct in-store product demonstrations (application of testers). * Drive sales of our represented brands to achieve monthly targets. * Maintain order and cleanliness of displays and testers. * Assist with in-store inventory control. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in selling beauty, cosmetics, or personal care products. * Solid knowledge of skin types and makeup application. * Excellent communication skills, charisma, and customer orientation. * Availability to work **Part\-Time** (24 hours per week). * Monday to Saturday * Reside in Cusco or neighboring districts. **We Offer:** * Fixed base salary \+ sales commissions. * Formal employment registration with statutory benefits (Part\-Time Regime). * Ongoing training on the latest makeup and skincare trends. * Discounts on products from our stores.
