Explore a world of possibilities and join our team! **Position Objective:** Lead destination operations, ensuring implementation of the operational strategy, traveler experience, engagement with local communities, and territorial conservation. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead the destination’s operational strategy across its 5 dimensions (people, customer, territory, assets, and performance) Strategically lead and coordinate full destination operations (administration, HR, and services) to deliver flawless service execution. Engage directly with travelers to ensure delivery of an exceptional experience and address service failures. Lead operational excellence to ensure compliance with all corporate standards. Lead, set goals for, and manage the performance of department heads’ team, promoting development and adherence to corporate policies. Oversee financial management, optimize expenses, and ensure annual budget compliance. Drive and lead local investment projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Supervise traveler experience, monitoring service quality and standards across all destination areas. Lead relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the company with local authorities and communities. Ensure compliance by overseeing occupational risk prevention management and regulatory adherence. Guarantee environmental and social commitment by promoting efficient resource use and ensuring operations generate positive impact on the territory and its heritage. Prepare and present periodic strategic reports and analyses to the Regional Manager. Application Requirements University degree in Business Administration or related field (mandatory). 5 years of leadership experience (preferably in hospitality and tourism industry) (mandatory). Knowledge of business administration and/or management control (mandatory). Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
